The Leader Energy Circuit

  1. Squats – 20 reps

Stand tall, sit back like you’re sitting into a chair, and stand strong.

2. Star Jumps – 20 reps

Jump your feet out and reach your arms overhead.

3. Fast Feet – 20 seconds

Run on the spot as fast as you can.

Quick feet = quick thinking.

4. Punches – 20 reps (10 each arm)

Punch forward with control and strong posture.

5. Plank Hold – 30 seconds

Hold a strong plank position.

Build core strength and mental focus.
